Animal Friends

$ 5.00 from the sale of each collar will be donated to the new Animal Friends Humane Society.

My family is the proud owner of two cats from Animal Friends Humane Society.  Spike and Gongie, brother and sister, were rescued from a tragic end in a dumpster!!!  They are my constant company in the studio and definitely inspired my Jeweled Collars!

Animal Friends is an inexpensive way to adopt a pet.  Every pet is spayed or neutered before releasing it for adoption.  Foster families are needed as well.  For more information, click on the link to Animal Friends Humane Society.

Bridget will be selling collars at Walk Your Paws, or you can contact her by email at information@BridgetTroupDesigns.com.

Walk Your Paws will be held at Wilson Morgan Park on Saturday, October 28th, 2006 from 10:00 - 5:00.

Consider these facts:
  • In six years one female dog and her offspring can be the source of 67,000 puppies.
  • In just seven years, one female cat and her young can produce 420,000 kittens.
  • There is theoretically no limit to the number of offspring male dogs and cats can produce.
  • Every day in the United States, tens of thousands of puppies and kittens are born.  Compare this to the 11,000 human births each day, and you can see that there can never be enough homes for all these pets.
