Returns and refunds

A return can be requested by contacting Bridget@BridgetTroupDesigns.com.

A return will be accepted if the item is received in its original condition (unworn please!) within 30 days. A 30% restocking fee applies on all returns, and you will be refunded the difference.

If you choose to exchange the item, I will only charge a 15% restocking fee.  I want to discourage returns, as to keep ahead of current trends.

Please understand and keep returns to a minimum and in a timely manner.  If you have any questions before you purchase an item, please contact me.

No exchange or return available on sale items or custom designs.  A deposit may be required for a custom design order.
